As part of the configuration, the Sipera NOC (Network Operations
Center) collects all data from the Sipera UC-Sec EMS on a regularly
scheduled basis. Once data is collected, the Sipera NOC generates
periodic, customized reports. These reports include customizable
information, allowing you to keep track of your network's health,
traffic, security violations and other monitoring factors. Sipera's
NOC offers real-time notification of specific security issues
in the network. These security events are typically
time-sensitive and require immediate attention once a threat is
detected.
As an added security enhancement, all connections from the
Sipera NOC to the customer's Sipera UC-Sec EMS network are secure.
The same security applies to all notifications sent to enterprise
personnel. The Sipera NOC also offers archiving, maintaining all
generated customer reports. The archive entity is redundant and
comes with a full-backup system to avoid any loss of data.
